Refund Policy

All purchases on ibacalao are final. Please read this policy carefully before completing any payment.
No refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions, renewals, or one-time day passes (Night Pass, Crunch Pack) for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated feedback.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation immediately stops future renewals. Your plan remains active and fully usable until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — no credits or access are removed early.
Day passes
Night Pass and Crunch Pack are one-time purchases. Credits granted are available for 24 hours from the time of purchase. These passes do not renew and are not refundable once purchased.
Technical errors
If a technical error on our end resulted in a charge without any service being delivered (e.g. a payment processed but no plan or credits were granted), contact us and we will investigate and resolve it promptly.
Paddle as merchant of record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and payment disputes on our behalf.
